WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
-Ability to ask the right questions to understand the objectives for any assignment.
– Good knowledge of website development.
-Good knowledge of wordpress managed sites.
-Interest in researching & analyzing website functionality & speed (ours & the competitors’ ) and coming up with solutions to enhance site speed & performance.
-Willingness to do (and learn from) what some people may consider to be “mundane” work.
-Ability to commit to 16-20 hours per week for 4 weeks (vacations & breaks can be mutually agreed)
-Ability to deliver projects in a timely manner
-This is a virtual internship, the ability to work on your own or as a member of a virtual team without loss of enthusiasm is a must.
-Minor coding work maybe be required for this program to improve website responsiveness, functionality and speed.

Requirements
-Good working knowledge of web development
-Good working knowledge of custom CSS
-Good working knowledge of real estate software & applications is a plus
-good understanding of branding and luxury brands is a plus
-Good working knowledge of responsive web design.
-The ability to enhance functionality & speed without comprising website style & impact.
